Our Story
GastroKalk was born from a real problem: As a restaurateur, I was frustrated by expensive, complex costing tools that weren't built for the German-speaking market.
I wanted a tool that just works – without weeks of training, hidden costs, or American concepts that don't apply here.
So I built GastroKalk: Specifically for Germany, Austria and Switzerland. With CHF/EUR pricing, a German nutrition database and GDPR-compliant hosting in Europe.
